Sony Trolled Hard in Taiwan

Taiwanese actress and singer Rainie Yan, seen above holding a PlayStation Vita upside-down, certainly didn't so Sony the favors expected of her endorsement in last week's press conference. In a stage show announcing the PSVita's Taiwanese launch date of December 23rd, SCET sent out the new spokeslady to do her thang and make it rain sweet, sweet, eventual world-dominating Asian money. Problems happened when she had to talk about games, however. Asked about her favorite PlayStation game, she enthusiastically said "Super Mario Brothers!"

Whether she was paid off by Nintendo as part of a huge conspiracy or was anticipating inevitable Vita hackery isn't certain, but what is certain is that she didn't make matters any better with what she did next. Sensing that the crowd was reacting strongly to her statement, she called an audible and started posing for media photos, the epic results of which you saw above.

Unlike Pele, the king of both soccer field and kitchen, she was not handed a sack with a dollar sign on it at the end of the show.
