Phantasy Star Online 2 Delayed to 2012

Phantasy Star Online 2 had a rocky summer, with a lot of its alpha testers clicking the "Report Problem" button quite a bit more than Sega expected them to. I think its appearance at the Tokyo Game Show was premature, but it was probably planned and announced so far in advance that by the time Sega realized the sheer number of the game's fundamental problems, it was already too late to back out. Unlike some online RPGs, this one won't be released in an incomplete state, though, as Sega has delayed the game until "some time in 2012".
