Report: Mafia 3 Will Be Locked To 30 FPS On PC [UPDATE #2]

Update #2: More information has been issued by 2K Games, this time indicating that there's a working patch currently in operation. The company states:

 

We currently have a patch running here at the studio that includes 30, 60, and unlimited frames-per-second options in the video menu, among other improvements for the PC version…
