Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture Is Headed to Steam PC, May Include VR Support

Last year Everybody's Gone to the Rapture debuted to warm reception on PS4. Now, it looks to PC for a new home.

The Chinese Room has confirmed that Everybody's Gone to the Rapture is coming to PC via the Steam Store. The news was announced via a Twitter post as follows:

It's been the worst-kept secret, but it's now official… Rapture will be coming to PC! No release date yet, but we'll keep you posted!

It is rumored that virtual reality support for Oculus Rift and HTC Vive will also be an element of the game's transition to PC.

Everybody's Gone to the Rapture was one of 2015's best-received indie games. In the game you take control of an inhabitant of a small English town whose population has mysteriously disappeared. Through investigation and exploration you unravel the secrets of what has happened, and why.
