What a Slap in the (Butt) Face: Capcom Censors R. Mika’s Critical Art in Street Fighter V

When I interviewed Capcom at TGS, I had no reason to ask about edited moves. I was, after all, walking in fresh off of seeing gameplay demonstrations which included R. Mika performing a Critical Art that had her slapping her butt and pointing at her opponent. That little prelude now looks different.

Instead of the camera being low enough to catch the hand-to-butt contact, it's now up higher, so that you hear the sound butt don't see the slap itself. NeoGAF gives us a before-and-after:

As well, the part where Nadeshiko and R. Mika split the opponent's legs apart has been changed to a more regular-looking pile driver.
