Batman: Arkham Knight Season Pass Revealed

Rocksteady Studios and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment revealed the Batman: Arkham Knight season pass this morning, which comes with a hefty price tag.

The $40 season pass includes six months worth of content, which means it lasts until the end of the year. A tweet from the official game page says the DLC touts additional "story missions, super-villains, and more." Warner Bros. went on to note that Batmobile skins, character skins, challenge maps, and race tracks are also included in the season pass.

Fans can purchase the season pass individually, or they can get it as part of the Premium Edition. The digital-only package includes the game and DLC for $100.

Six months worth of content sounds nice, but $40 is a steep price. The game itself costs $60, so I'm curious to see if fans are willing to pay that much for DLC.

Batman: Arkham Knight comes out on June 23 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
