PS3 Tackles NFL Sunday Ticket

Sony and DIRECTTV are teaming up to bring NFL Sunday Ticket to the PlayStation 3. It runs as an app, much like the NHL GameCenter, MLB.tv, or even Netflix.

Sounds pretty cool, right? Yeah. Only if you already are a DIRECTV NFL Sunday Ticket subscriber. Otherwise, this will run you $339.95!!! That's a lot of money to watch some football on your PS3. It's also almost $100 more than the PS3 itself!

Now I know there are some football fanatics out there who simply must watch every single game and will probably subscribe to this – to you I say: give me the money, you fools enjoy this great package of football programming.
