Enjoy Online Multiplayer on PS4 for Free This Weekend

Sony has just announced it will be running a free online multiplayer weekend for PlayStation 4 owners, which will kick off at 12:01 a.m. PT on Friday, March 20, and run up until 11:59 p.m. PT on Sunday, March 22.

Normally, you'd need a PlayStation Plus subscription to enjoy online play, and considering members also get free games every month, it's hard to imagine there are many PlayStation 4 owners out there who don't already have a PS+ subscription. That said, I'm sure there are at least a few folks out there that will take advantage of this offer.

Don't forget that Battlefield: Hardline from Visceral Games launches tomorrow. For those hoping to play the game online with out a PlayStation Plus subscription, this weekend will be the perfect opportunity. Stay tuned to GameRevolution for our forthcoming review.
