Titanfall 2 Announced for PS4, Xbox One, and PC

A sequel to Titanfall is in development for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, developer Respawn Entertainment has just revealed.

Speaking to IGN, Respawn CEO Vince Zampella confirmed the news we've all been expecting, saying, "I guess EA announced a sequel, so I could play coy and pretend I don't know anything about it, or… yeah. So we're working on a sequel."

With regard to what the game will be called, it appears the studio has yet to pin down a title. "No official name yet, but we're working on that," Zampella added. "That's the main focus but we're starting up a second team and doing some smaller stuff too. Small, exploratory, taking it slow! It'll be multiplatform."

Titanfall first launched back in 2014 for Xbox One and PC, and then came to Xbox 360 a few weeks later. The title never made its way to PlayStation platforms, so PS4 owners should be very pleased by the news of this sequel.
