Mass Effect 4 Will Have Online

BioWare's next major entry in the Mass Effect franchise will feature an online component of some sort.

The news was revealed in a job listing that was advertised in a Tweet by senior development director Chris Wynn. "Things are getting real now and I need an excellent Producer to come shape online for the next Mass Effect," he said.

We have no idea what sort of online component this new Mass Effect game will have, but there's a good chance it will be something akin to what we saw in Mass Effect 3. Let's just hope it's not bogged down by microtransactions or any of that other nickel-and-diming nonsense EA has tried to pull in the past.

What direction would you like to see BioWare take this new Mass Effect with regard to online?
