Gamers had to figure that The Sims 4 would get the same expansion pack treatment as past entries in the franchise, though the latest will add scores of jobs to the lives of Sims that previously had the privilege of sitting around the house, doing nothing.
A press release from Electronic Arts states:
In The Sims 4 Get to Work, players can choose to save lives and deliver babies as a Doctor, conjure up wacky creations and craft inventions as a Scientist or investigate crime scenes and crack the big cases as a Detective.
Get to Work will also allow Sims to set up businesses and help their own customers. That means players will engage in a variety of activities including baking, organizing clothing shop displays, taking family portraits, and running art galleries.
