GLAAD Honors Dragon Age: Inquisition

Dragon Age: Inquisition has yet another honor to set on its mantlepiece. This time, the honor comes from the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation. GLAAD annually nominates film, movies, and other entertainment media for positive representations of the LGBTQ community; this year, they have stepped into the video game field to give the BioWare RPG a Special Recognition award for its dedication to inclusiveness in storytelling.

BioWare games have often included bisexual characters; Dragon Age: Inquisition added a gay male character and a transgender character into the finely-crafted tale. The rest of the GLAAD Awards will be handed out in March, in two events held in New York and Los Angeles.
