The Promo 10 card in Pokemon TCG Pocket is a Mewtwo Full Art card variant. Its existence and artwork have been datamined, but the card is yet to be available. Given its place on the list, it will likely replace the Pikachu Full Art that is currently purchasable in the store for Premium Pass members, but that hasn’t been confirmed yet.
The card will have the following stats when released:
