Genshin Impact 4.2 Character Banners
The Genshin Impact 4.2 character banners will follow the familiar two-phase format, with each phase featuring a duo of 5-star and 4-star characters.
Phase 1 (November 8 – November 29)
- 5-Star Characters: Furina and Baizhu
- Furina is the Hydro Archon and is rumored to be an off-field DPS/Support character. She is expected to be a powerful addition to any team.
- Baizhu is a Dendro catalyst user who has been teased by HoYoverse for a long time. He is the owner of the Bubu Pharmacy in Liyue and is a skilled healer.
- 4-Star Characters: Charlotte, Beidou, and Collei
Phase 2 (November 29 – December 20)
- 5-Star Characters: Ayato and Cyno
- Ayato is a Hydro sword user who is the current head of the Yashiro Commission. He is a skilled swordsman and is known for his intelligence.
- Cyno is an Electro polearm user who is the General Mahamatra of the Akademia. He is a skilled fighter and is known for his sense of justice.
- 4-Star Characters: Kirara, Xiangling, Kuki Shinobu

The Genshin Impact 4.2 weapon banners will also follow a two-phase format, with each phase featuring a duo of 5-star weapons and a selection of 4-star weapons.
Phase 1 (November 8 – November 29)
- 5-Star Weapons: Splendor of Tranquil Waters and Jadefall’s Splendor
- Splendor of Tranquil Waters is Furina’s signature weapon and a powerful sword that boosts her ATK and Crit DMG.
- Jadefall’s Splendor is a powerful catalyst and Baizhu’s signature weapon. It boosts Baizhu’s ATK and HP%.
Phase 2 (November 29 – December 20)
- 5-Star Weapons: Haran Geppaku Futsu and Staff of the Scarlet Sands
- Haran Geppaku Futsu is Ayato’s signature weapon. It increases his ATK and Crit Rate. It also has a passive ability that increases his Elemental DMG bonus and damage dealt to enemies affected by Hydro.
- Staff of the Scarlet Sands is Cyno’s signature weapon. It increases his ATK and Crit Ratey. It also has a passive ability that increases his Elemental Mastery.
The 4-star weapons that will be featured in the Genshin Impact 4.2 weapon banners have not yet been leaked. However, we can expect to see a variety of 4-star weapons from all weapon types.
