The Monopoly Go Partner Event schedule for 2023 has been a bit erratic. Many players are surprised when the next Partner Event drops with little to no warning. These multiplayer quests aren’t around for long, so dedicated players will want to know the dates they begin and end.
When is the next scheduled Monopoly Go Partner Event?
Scopely doesn’t publish an official Monopoly Go Partner Event schedule, but there’s a definite pattern when we take a look at past dates:
- Toy Partners: October 2 to October 7
- Choco Partners: September 6 to September 11
- Car Show Partners: August 11 to August 15
Each partner event begins around three weeks after the last one ends, and each lasts about five days. So, we predict that the next Monopoly Go Partner Event in 2023 will be held around October 28 and last until around November 3.
Update (10/23/23): We were just one day off with our prediction. The next partner event is titled “Spooky Car” and it starts on October 27, 2023.
However, Scopely hasn’t given any hints on the next theme. The last three didn’t really relate to each other, so it could be anything. If the past is any indicator, we likely won’t know until the day the event goes live.
What is a Partner Event in Pokemon Go?
After unlocking the fifth city board in Monopoly Go, players are eligible to participate in Partner Events. During an event, four new slots will be on the board, and you can partner with other players to build them. Instead of using cash, you’ll spin the event wheel, which requires event tokens. Each time you spin the wheel, you’ll earn points, which can be used toward completing the four event slots.
Once you partner with another player, you share progress for the four event slots and can freely contribute to them for the duration. However, you can’t switch partners halfway through. That means you’ll want to make sure you pair with someone who will contribute equally.
