Final Fantasy 7: Ever Crisis PC, PS5, Xbox Release Date: Is it Coming to Consoles?

Final Fantasy 7: Ever Crisis console ports would be yet another way for those with a PlayStation or Xbox system to play a version of the 1997 RPG. Many are wondering if the game is coming out on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, or Nintendo Switch, so here’s everything we know.

Is Final Fantasy 7: Ever Crisis coming out on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, or Switch?

Final Fantasy 7: Ever Crisis hasn’t been confirmed for a PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, or Switch release.

Square Enix has not spoken about any possible ports of Final Fantasy 7: Ever Crisis. It seems to just be a mobile exclusive for the time being.

It’s also unclear if it will ever come to non-mobile platforms since Square Enix doesn’t always port over games from those platforms. For example, Final Fantasy 7: The First Soldier had its servers shut down on iOS and Android before it was even ported. However, the remasters of the early Final Fantasy games launched on mobile and PC first before making their way to PlayStation, Xbox, and Switch. And while there certainly are exceptions, gacha games also don’t always make their way to non-mobile platforms.

Will Final Fantasy 7: Ever Crisis come to PC or consoles?

There is no Final Fantasy 7: Ever Crisis PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, or Switch release date.

Since it hasn’t been announced for other platforms, it hasn’t been confirmed if this mobile retelling will escape its handheld prison. As was previously stated, Square Enix’s mobile ports have been inconsistently put on other systems.
