Diablo 4 Season 1 Best Class

Diablo 4 Season 1 Best Class: Which Class Should I Use for Season 1?

Players are wondering what the best class in Diablo 4 Season 1 will be. The recent update has helped some classes and harmed others, so it’s tough to choose which one to use for Season 1. While they’re all still viable (except Sorc), some definitely have the advantage over others.

Which class should I pick for Diablo 4 Season 1?

The best class to pick for Diablo 4 Season 1 is the Barbarian or the Rogue. Despite seeing a major DPS loss with the bugfix for Hammer of the Ancients, there are several excellent Barbarian builds to explore. In particular, builds around Rend and Whirlwind are still great performers.

The Rogue came through patch 1.1.0a relatively unscathed, so you don’t need to adjust existing builds too much. However, you’ll need to keep an eye on your health a bit more since Siphoning Strikes requires a Lucky Hit chance of 75% to restore HP. Other than that, all the Rogue-specific changes in the patch were buffs.

What class not to pick for Diablo 4 Season 1

The worst class at the start of Diablo 4 Season 1 is the Sorcerer. This class already had issues with sustained DPS and survivability but could make up for it with novel builds. All that’s gone now. Devouring Blaze is nerfed, the Aspect of Control bug is patched, and Vulnerability, Critical, and Cooldown Reduction Item Affixes have been lowered across the board.

So, the Ice Shards Sorcerer, which was really the only build worth playing already, is even less powerful. You won notice it too much until you’re on World Tier IV in the endgame, but it’s gone from challenging but rewarding to outright frustrating. Sadly, it’s fortunate that we all have to start with a new character for theeSeason of the Malignant, so anyone who is a Sorc main can pick something else.
