Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater Gameplay
Metal Gear Solid Delta is a game about the Cold War (like the original). The game follows Naked Snake, a CIA operative who is on a mission to enter a Soviet base in the jungles of Russia. His mission is initially to help a top Soviet scientist defect. However he discovers his former mentor and the greatest soldier to ever live, The Boss, has gone rogue and provided a renegade faction led by Colonel Volgin with portable nuclear weapons.
Narrowly escaping death, he is redeployed on a mission to take down The Boss and Volgin. He faces many challenges and enemies along the way, such as the Cobra Unit, a team of elite soldiers with paranormal abilities.
While Metal Gear Solid Delta gameplay hasn’t been shown yet, Konami has stated it intends to follow the design of the original closely. Additionally, it’ll star the same voice actors who brought the characters to life in the original. David Hayter will return as Snake, along with other cast members such as Lori Alan as The Boss and Josh Keaton as Ocelot.
