Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom The Duchess Who Disappeared

Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom The Duchess Who Disappeared: Where Is Selmie Location?

The Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom The Duchess Who Disappeared quest can be difficult to complete. Selmie, the so-called The Duchess of Downhill, has disappeared somewhere in the Biron Showshelf in TotK, but the mountain range is confusing and there are a lot of caverns that can make it tough to find her. Fortunately, there are a few clues you can look for to locate the right cave where she is hiding. Here is the location for Selmie in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

Where is Selmie in The Duchess Who Disappeared quest in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom?

To complete The Duchess Who Disappeared quest in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, you can find Selmie in the East Biron Showshelf cave.

Head to the start of the quest, which you can get by talking to Fin who is next to a fire which you can spot by heading north from Rito Village. From there, you can peer to the right and go down the slope just by jumping down into the valley where you can find the entrance of this cave. If you still can’t spot the entrance, you can look instead for a Bubbul Bunny who will run toward the cave if you try to chase it down. For an additional clue, the cave entrance (or exit) will also be next to Lake Kilsie.

For exact coordinates, the East Biron Snowshelf Cave is located at -2740, 2808, 0653. If you still can’t figure it out, you can watch this short video to find the cave entrance.

A part of the confusion stems from the other caves in the area, like the North Biron Snowshelf Cave, that are quite similar to this East cave. Also, the hint that her tracks disappeared doesn’t really help all that much.
