Honkai Star Rail does have cross-progression. You can use the same save file across PC, iOS, and Android so you can seamlessly cross-save your story on multiple platforms. This’ll be a big relief for fans since they won’t have to worry about leaving their unlocked characters behind if they want to switch to a new platform.
