Disney Speedstorm Founder's Pack Not Working Showing Up

Disney Speedstorm Founder’s Pack, Pre-Order Rewards Not Working Fix

The Disney Speedstorm Founder’s Pack is not working or not showing up for many players, despite them purchasing the bundle particularly for early access to the game. This occurs whether users buy the Standard, Deluxe, or Ultimate Founder’s Pack on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, or PC via Steam or Epic Games Store. The same goes for pre-order rewards, which haven’t been distributed to some players either. Here’s what you can do get the Disney Speedrun Founder’s Pack to work.

How to fix the Disney Speedstorm Founder’s Pack not working bug

To fix the Disney Speedstorm Founder’s Pack not working bug, you’ll need to wait for developer Gameloft to resolve the issue.

Luckily, Gameloft has addressed the error with the Founder’s Pack and pre-order rewards in a statement on Twitter. At around 9:00 AM PT on April 18, it stated that it is investigating the matter and that it wants to reassure affected users that all Founder’s Pack contests and pre-order rewards “will be delivered to all players, guaranteed.” At the time of this writing, both problems are also “known issues” on the Gameloft Support page.

In the meantime, we suggest that you reply to Disney Speedstorm on Twitter about your issue, search on the game’s Reddit for various threads about the bug, and contact Disney Speedstorm’s support for updates and possible compensation.
