Overwatch 2 Season 4 Release Date and Time: When Does It Start?

Overwatch 2 competitive players are anxiously awaiting the Season 4 release date and time. While nothing has been officially confirmed by Blizzard just yet, there are rumors swirling as to exactly when we will be able to jump into the action and prove ourselves as the best Tank, Damage, or Support heroes around. Here is when the next season of Overwatch 2’s competitive mode should start.

What is the Overwatch 2 Season 4 release date and time?

Overwatch 2 Season 4 is expected to start on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at 10 a.m. PT/1 p.m. ET/6 p.m. GMT. Players will not only be able to jump into the brand-new Battle Pass, but also check out and play as the latest addition to the roster of heroes, Lightweaver.

Details surrounding the new hero, as well as any other additions to the game are currently being kept under wraps. With further information, including Lightweaver’s abilities soon to be revealed, however, there could be even more surprises on the way.

Blizzard has already promised “to offer new items as rewards for most of our big events,” starting in Season 4. Whether or not they can make good on that pledge remains to be seen.
