You can find the code symbols for the Small Cave Shrine in the following locations:

  • Head into the passageway to the left of the stone dais, and you’ll find the first symbol next to the ladder.
  • Climb the ladder and then take a right. You’ll need to shift your perspective to line up the left half of the symbol on the wooden wall with the right half painted on the rock face.
  • For the last symbol, keep going straight and take a left. Once again, you’ll need to line up the left and right halves of the symbol.

Once you get the symbol code, you can head back down the ladder and input them into the stone dais. Doing so will open the nearby door, and you can head inside and grab the Blasphemer’s Head, which is one of two items needed to get the key to the church.
