Resident Evil 4 Remake Xbox Game Pass

Is There a Resident Evil 4 Remake Xbox Game Pass Release Date?

The Resident Evil 4 remake isn’t coming to Xbox Game Pass. Neither Capcom nor Microsoft has announced the game is coming to the service. Since many of the trailers have been released during PlayStation events, we assume Sony would have dibs on it. However, there have been no announcements about the RE4 remake coming to PS Plus either.

Will Resident Evil 4 Remake be coming to Xbox Game Pass or PS Plus?

As far as we’re currently aware, Resident Evil 4 Remake won’t be coming to Xbox Game Pass. The Resident Evil series is an incredibly lucrative property for Capcom, with movies, TV shows, and of course, games, making up the backbone of a studio.

There’s also the fact that none of the Resident Evil games are currently on Xbox Game Pass, while several are available with the various tiers of PlayStation Plus. This could suggest that Capcom has an exclusivity deal with PlayStation or at the very least a better working rate with them than with Microsoft. We may see it come to PlayStation Plus before it comes anywhere near Xbox Game Pass. However, again, no announcements have been made indicating that it’s coming to either service.

In other gaming news, Nintendo has stated that they believe the price point of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom follows a fairly common price point, and it looks like Pokemon could be getting into NFTs.
