TikTok Trivia Pop-Up Removal: How To Get Rid on iPhone and Android

Users are starting to get tired of the new TikTok Trivia pop-up and searching for ways to get rid of it. Whether you’re on iPhone (iOS) or Android, the pop-ups promoting the February 2023 event can be annoying to see. Thankfully, there is a way to remove them. Here’s how to stop the new TikTok Trivia pop-up.

How to stop the TikTok Trivia pop-up and get rid of it

To stop the TikTok Trivia pop-up and get rid of it, iPhone and Android users must:

  • Find the “X” symbol on the screen and press it.
  • The TikTok Trivia pop-up will now remain closed so long as you don’t leave the app.
  • If on a tablet, you may need to rotate the screen to see the “X.”

For the TikTok Trivia pop-up to permanently stop, users will have to wait until the event is over.

When does TikTok Trivia end for 2023?

TikTok Trivia ends on February 27. This is due to the event running from February 22-26.

When it has ended, the TikTok Trivia pop-ups should stop for good. Hopefully they aren’t immediately replaced with another pop-up!
