Fortnite Vault Keycard Location: How To Get Inside Most Wanted Vaults

Fortnite Vaults were introduced in the Most Wanted Event as part of the 23.40 update alongside a raft of new skins, weapons, and challenges. This event added multiple Vaults to the map, which need Vault Keycards to open. Here’s how to find these Vault Keycards and how to get inside the Most Wanted Vaults.

Where are the Fortnite Vault Keycards for the Most Wanted event?

The Fortnite Vault Keycards are dropped by Cold Blooded bosses.

Cold Blooded bosses are the antagonists of the Most Wanted event and can be found in three locations surrounded by minions. Defeating a boss will drop a Vault Keycard alongside generic loot.

Cold Blooded bosses can be found at these locations:

  • Shattered Slabs.
  • Fallen Splits.
  • Brutal Bastion.

Once you’ve defeated a Cold Blooded boss, you can enter a Fortnite Most Wanted Vault. Fortunately, you won’t need to go far. These vaults are found at the same locations as the bosses. Once you’ve picked up your keycard, head to the vault door to open it. The keycards can be used at any vault but are single-use only. If you want to open multiple vaults, you’ll need to beat multiple bosses or eliminate a player holding a keycard.

Once inside the Vault, you can loot it for gold bars, weapons, and supplies. You might even find one of the new exotic weapons.
