Chances are if you're visiting this guide it's because you're looking to gather 30 wood in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild for your house. If so, you've come to the right place.

Wood is acquired via two ways. One way is to simply find stacks of wood in the game world. These are usually located near Stables.

However, the quickest way to get wood is to chop trees down. Although you can use any weapon to achieve this, it is recommended that you use an axe as to not damage your primary weapons.

Once you have 3,000 rupees (here's a guide on earning rupees fast) and 30 wood, head back to Bolson in Hateno to acquire your home. Note that you will be able to furnish and upgrade your home for 100 rupees.
