Nioh has a total of six different stat types. Each has a significant impact on the development of your character, going as far as specifically enhancing the potency of a weapon type.





Below are all the stats and how they affect your character.

Heart





Weapons: Swords, Bows


Stats: Life, Ki Pulse


Skill Points: Samurai, Ninja, Onmyo





Stamina





Weapons: Cannons


Stats: Life, Equipment Weight


Skill Points: Samurai, Ninja, Onmyo





Strength





Weapons: Axe


Stats: Life, Ki Pulse, Equipment Weight


Skill Points: Samurai, Ninja, Onmyo





Skill





Weapons: Dual Swords, Guns


Stats: Life, Ki Pulse


Skill Points: Samurai, Ninja, Onmyo





Dexterity





Weapons: N/A


Stats: Life, Power,  Capacity, Yokai Realm damage


Skill Points: Samurai, Ninja, Onmyo





Spirit





Weapons: N/A


Stats: Life, Defense, Guardian Spirit Bond, Yokai Realm damage
