Super Mario Run How To Unlock Every Character (Peach, Luigi, Yoshi, etc.)





There are a total of five special characters in Super Mario Run. You can unlock and use them in levels for neat perks that change up gameplay.



Below is how you can unlock all four characters.

 


Luigi



Special Ability: Higher jump (tap and hold)



How To Unlock: You need to build Luigi's House in the Kingdom Builder. This requires 1 0 Purple Toads and 1 0 Green Toads, both of which are acquired in Toad Rally.

Peach



Special Ability: Float (tap and hold)



How To Unlock: Complete World Tour. This includes 24 levels across 6 chapters.



Difficulty To Unlock: ​3/5



Toad



Special Ability: Faster running speed



How To Unlock: Link your My Nintendo account to Super Mario Run. This can be achieved by visiting the My Nintendo menu in the top-right corner of the Kingdom Builder screen.

Toadette



Special Ability: Faster running speed



How To Unlock: ​You need to build Toadette's House in the Kingdom Builder. This requires 200 Red Toads, 200 Blue Toads, 200 Purple Toads, 200 Yellow Toads, and 200 Green Toads.



Difficulty To Unlock: ​ 5/5



Yoshi



Special Ability: Flutter Float (tap and hold)



How To Unlock: You need to build Yoshi's House in the Kingdom Builder. This requires 30 Red Toads and 30 Yellow Toads.
