The second episode saw Kamala begin training to control her newfound abilities with her friend Bruno’s help. She begins to spend time with Kamran and neglects her training, and during a family dinner, she blacks out and has visions of a woman. Unbeknownst to her, the Department of Damage Control is investigating the incident at AvengerCon she participated in.
Agents Cleary and Deever quickly deduce that someone from the South Asian community was the culprit and begin narrowing their search. Meanwhile, at the annual Eid Al-Adha celebration, Kamala rescues a young bow that slips from a balcony with her powers. This leads the DODC to her location, and she narrowly escapes with Kamran. He introduces Kamala to his mom, who turns out to be the mysterious woman from the vision.
