This is specific to the Japanese dubbed version of the anime, currently available on the Japanese version of Disney+. Based on the original manga written and illustrated by Yasuki Tanaka, Summer Time Rendering (also known as Summertime Render, which we know makes things more confusing than they need to be) has garnered a sizable fan base early in the season. Right from the very start, the art style wonderfully interprets the panels from the manga. The anime tracks protagonist Shinpei Ajiro who moves back to his island hometown after learning that one of his childhood friends, Ushio Kofune, has mysteriously drowned. It’s not long before he notices strange marks around her neck and realizes that a strange enigma might be the real culprit.

As indicated before, you won’t have any trouble watching this episode if you’re able to watch it on the Japanese version of Disney+. We’re not sure if or when the streaming service will release the anime worldwide, but it’s suspected that it will do so either halfway through the season or once it’s finished.

Regrettably, release date information on the English dubbed version (or any dubbed version aside from the original Japanese dubbing, really) of Summer Time Rendering is pretty much a blank at this point. There’s not even any info on the English subbed version for that matter.
With Summer Time Rendering being one of the first animes streamed by Disney+, it will likely set a precedent on how the service will roll out multi-language dubbing and subbing for future anime. The series is fairly popular already, so if Disney+ even remotely wants to air it in the States, it should be looking into providing English subtitles at the very least.
