Horizon Forbidden West Code Not Working Fix: Regalla and Collector’s Edition

A number of players have been looking for a Horizon Forbidden West code not working fix thanks to the various special editions of the eagerly-anticipated sequel having digital codes that simply won’t work — particularly the DLC, digital content, or even the game codes in the expensive Regalla and Collector’s Edition versions. Is there a Horizon Forbidden West Collector’s Edition code fix?

To fix the Horizon Forbidden West Collector’s and Regalla Edition codes not working:

  • Complete the game’s prologue.
    • The Nora Thunder Elite and Nora Legacy outfit DLC is the most common code being complained about, but this will only be available in-game once Aloy reaches the first settlement and the player stash.
  • Wait and try again later.
    • There has been the suggestion that some of the codes are locked to a specific time in certain timezones, so they may suddenly work later on.
  • Restart the PS4/PS5 system and try again.

If none of these work, the codes may be incorrect. Contact either the store the game was bought from or PlayStation Support and they should be able to help.

There are three codes available in special editions of Horizon Forbidden West that players have been complaining did not work for them: the digital content such as the soundtrack and comic book, the DLC outfits, and the game itself. If the digital game code for Horizon Forbidden West itself still isn’t working by this point, players may need to get in touch with PlayStation Support or the store straight away as the game is available now worldwide.
