It’s likely that Disney/Marvel will release the exact details soon as currently She-Hulk is only officially down for later in 2022.

The show will follow the appearance of Hulk/Bruce Banner (Mark Ruffalo) in the end credits scene of the Shang-Chi movie and seems to continue his role as Professor Hulk as seen in Avengers Endgame. Jennifer Walters (Tatiana Maslany) is Bruce Banner’s cousin in the comics, and a blood transfusion from him gives her a small amount of his Hulk powers.
