Call of Duty: Vanguard takes the popular FPS series back to WWII, which is proving to be divisive. Being able to demo the latest entry via Xbox Game Pass would do a lot to set players’ minds at ease; but, is there a Call of Duty: Vanguard Game Pass release date? Here’s the lowdown on CoD: Vanguard coming to XGP for consoles and PC hardware.
Is Call of Duty: Vanguard coming to Game Pass for Xbox Series X, S, and One?
Call of Duty: Vanguard is coming to Xbox Series X, Series S, and Xbox One on November 5, 2021. It’s only available for physical and digital purchase, as there is no CoD: Vanguard Xbox Game Pass release date.
It isn’t likely that Call of Duty: Vanguard will come to Game Pass in the future. Historically, CoD titles don’t join the Xbox Game Pass catalog. Why are there no Call of Duty games on Game Pass? Most likely because the games perform perfectly well without the aid of a subscription service. Activision likely stands to make more money by selling CoD titles (which also tend to hold their price) directly to customers.
Is Call of Duty: Vanguard coming to Xbox Game Pass for PC?
The Call of Duty: Vanguard PC launch day is November 5, 2021. There is no CoD: Vanguard Xbox Game Pass for PC release date, as the game is a Battle.net exclusive on computers.
Since Call of Duty: Vanguard is exclusive to Activision Blizzard’s Battle.net service, it isn’t likely that the World War 2 shooter will join XGP for PC. Typically, CoD titles don’t join the Xbox Game Pass line-up on either consoles or computers — that doesn’t look set to change with Vanguard.
Unfortunately, there’s no CoD: Vanguard Game Pass release date for Xbox or PC. It also isn’t a free-to-play game, but rather a premium product available to buy physically or digitally.
