Riders Republic crossplay support: PC, PS, & Xbox cross-progression

The current game market is loaded with different platforms, and Riders Republic is built for all of the big ones. This variety of options creates a problem, however, since not everyone is playing on the same device. Crossplay is the usual solution, as it allows friends on different platforms to play together. But does Riders Republic support crossplay? What about cross-progression?

Is Riders Republic crossplay between PC, PS, and Xbox?

Is Riders Republic crossplay between PC, PS, and Xbox?

Riders Republic has full crossplay support between all available platforms. Specifically, cross-platform play is supported between PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PC, Stadia, and Amazon Luna. Any player can join online multiplayer with anyone else, no matter which version of the game they bought.

This is important, since extreme player counts are key to the Riders Republic formula. If players were limited to their own platform family, it would be hard to populate such large matches. Fortunately, the game has been designed such that everyone is able to play together.

What about cross-progression support?

As for cross-progression, the news is good: Riders Republic supports cross-progression across all platforms. No matter when or where you log in, all of your progress will go with you. The only exception is Republic Coins, the game’s premium currency, which aren’t transferred when resuming progress on another platform.

Granted, these features come at one cost: online requirements. You can’t enjoy cross-progression if you can’t log in to servers to synchronize your details. The game does have a solo offline mode, so internet isn’t technically a requirement for play. Otherwise, an internet connection is required for crossplay and cross-progression.

Riders Repubic is a crossplay game with full support for cross-progression. You can pick up and play the game from any platform and join matches with players on any hardware. The only catch, if you can even call it one, is that your Republic Coins are linked to the platform where they were purchased.
