Episode 2 will likely start in the same place as Guardians of the Galaxy, with T’Challa (hopefully) dancing around, just as Chris Pratt did.
The conflict with The Collector is where things will no doubt deviate from the GotG movie. It’s not yet known what motivation T’Challa has for fighting with the man, though there are many possibilities.
With each What If? episode being self-contained, expect to see T’Challa earn a victory over The Collector before the 30 minutes are up.
