Pokemon Go Friend Codes List August 2021

Despite widespread controversy around Niantic changing game rules and regulations, Pokemon Go is still going as strong as ever. August 2021 is looking promising for the mobile AR game. Shiny Dialga raids are ongoing, and Niantic just introduced the ability to add friends from your contacts list. If it’s Pokemon Go friends that you want, we’ve got a list of friend codes to add.

If you need to add more friends – either to complete special research tasks, or just to exchange gifts – we’re here to help. Below are a few codes from the GameRevolution code that you can add on Pokemon Go:

  • 7019 2299 1976
  • 2743 5127 0347

We’ll be accepting friend requests, so feel free to trade and invite us to raids. If you’re feeling lucky, you can even request a battle. It’s especially useful if you’re in the early stages of the game. In those stages, it’s crucial to add friends to progress onto more advanced research missions.

While the annual Pokemon Go Festival may be over, there’s still plenty of reasons to keep playing the game. Niantic recently announced that more Pokemon from the Galar region, in the Sword and Shield eras, will be added to the game’s Pokedex in the coming weeks. They’ve also promised more Ultra Unlock events throughout August. This makes it a great time for new players to hop into the game. Equally, if you haven’t touched the game since its summer 2016 phenomenon, the amount of new additions in the years since will truly astound you.

Sadly, the Pokemon Go community is split right now, following some controversial changes in policy from developers Niantic. They’ve removed the gameplay bonuses added at the start of the pandemic, which reduced the distance to hatch eggs, battle gyms and spin PokeStops. It’s unsurprisingly courted controversy, as local restrictions are ongoing – and Pokemon Go players pay the price.

In other news, we’ve got details on the new Fallout 76 update, as well as a look at a cosmetic-breaking bugcurrently plaguing The Ascent.
