With a huge number of Pokemon contained in its vast amount of generations, there’s potential for hundreds of creatures to be featured in New Pokemon Snap. While the original game on N64 had a double-digit count, the new game for 2021 powered by the Nintendo Switch boasts over three times as many. Here’s how many Pokemon are in New Pokemon Snap.
How many Pokemon are in New Pokemon Snap?
There are 217 Pokemon in New Pokemon Snap.
This is a huge increase over the original game which only had 63 different creatures to photograph. What’s more, with the game capable of connecting online, there could be DLC in the future. These expansions could add more Pokemon to the game.
In New Pokemon Snap, players will find hundreds of Pokemon scattered across the many levels. Some will be waiting to be snapped in plain sight, while others will be hiding and require some convincing.
