Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth 3DS Cheats

General Tips
  • Persona Q introduces a tweak to the usual battle system with boosts. You don't get extra turns for hitting weaknesses, but the character's next attack is "boosted" - it no longer requires HP or SP. Use this to your advantage.
  • If you're worried about drawing maps in Persona Q, just use the game's auto-map feature and enjoy the characters/dungeon crawling.
  • There are a ton of characters in Persona Q, from both Persona 3 and Persona 4. Try them all out and figure out which characters you're most comfortable with in battle.
  • Finish a fight with an all-out attack to receive extra experience.
  • Always have a Goho-M in your inventory so you can easily escape a dungeon.
  • Just like the Etrian Odyssey series, Persona Q includes FOEs. These are really tough bosses that truly test the player. Feel free to run away if you're not prepared to take on a particular FOE. There's always next time.
  • Remember to register your personas, especially before fusions.
  • Make sure you stock up on better equipment for each new dungeon. Money isn't particularly hard to come by.
  • Status ailments are your friend... when you apply them to the enemy. Don't focus entirely on regular magic attacks. Use spells that confuse, poison, etc.
