Freedom Wars Entitlement Guide (Aesthetic and Equipment)

Entitlement Guide (Aesthetic and Equipment)

Entitlements essentially serve as Freedom War's version of skills and abilities. They represent privileges earned by humans based on class, and the completion of missions allows for more Entitlement options. In order to purchase new Entitlements from the "Entitlement Catalog," players must raise their code level clearance status.

Entitlements are split into four main categories: Aesthetic, Equipment, Everyday, and Interface. The first two are covered here, while the latter two can be found in part two of our Entitlement Guide.

Aesthetic Entitlements

As the name implies, Aesthetic Entitlements allow players to customize their characters with more clothing and appearance options. It doesn't affect the mechanics of the game in any meaningful way, but it does allow players to get far more creative in an attempt to craft a unique and personal character. No descriptions are given for the following entitlements because the name clearly outlines what gear is unlocked.

Equipment Entitlements

Equipment Entitlements relate to different Thorn abilities, which are used in combat. Thus, players can unlock a bunch of Thorn abilities by purchasing Equipment Entitlements in an effort to make combat easier. Having the right Thorn type also helps when playing online, as everyone can serve a specific role. Equipment Entitlements also affect potential loadouts and equipment such as explosives.

Teammate Loadouts

These Entitlements allow players to expand the options of their teammates, so they can equip strong weapons and accessories. The game allows the purchase of Entitlements up to level 7 for each teammate, so use them wisely and be sure who you want to join you on missions.
