No, you can’t miss collectibles or Trophies and Achievements in Marvel’s Avengers.
Marvel’s Avengers Missable Collectibles (Comics, etc.)
Though each campaign mission does have collectible comics and items that you can skip over, you are still able to find these items later in strongboxes.
Obviously, it’s still worth keeping your eyes open during missions for interactable objects, as comics and other collectibles are sprinkled all over the levels, but you don’t have to fret too much if you miss anything.
Marvel’s Avengers Missable Trophies/Achievements
As for missable Trophies and Achievements, you don’t need to worry about the difficulty setting you play on, as there are no difficulty Trophies. All other Trophies and Achievements can be earned as you play and replay levels, as is normal in a loot-focused game such as this.
Missable Gear and Other Items
Though you can definitely miss chests in each mission, they aren’t essential to progression or full completion of the game. You will simply receive those drops elsewhere as you play.
Thankfully, the devs have thought about potential missable items in Marvel’s Avengers and made sure there are ways for players to get them during later missions. It would have been annoying to have campaign-exclusive items left behind and unable to be collected. Happily, players aren’t required to start the entire game again to pick up all collectibles!
