How do you sign up for the Fortnite Galaxy Cup? A new two-day tournament with nifty rewards is going live in Epic Games’ massive battle royale third-person shooter on July 25-26, 2021 and you can sign up to take part in it right now. How to sign up to the Fortnite Galaxy Cup
You can only sign up for the Fortnite Galaxy Cup if you play the game on an Android device. You must also be at least 13 years old to sign up. A Two-Factor Authentication has to be enabled on your Epic Games account, too. That’s it. As long as you are at least 13 years old, play Fortnite on an Android device, and have Two-Factor Authentication enabled, you can sign up for the Galaxy Cup. You sign up in-game on your Android device. Simply head to the “Compete” tab in-game.
To sign up for the Galaxy Cup in Fortnite, follow these rules:
- Play Fortnite on an Android device
- You must be at least 13 years old
- Enable Two-Factor Authentication on your Epic Games account
- Head to the “Compete” tab in-game and sign up
Fortnite Galaxy Cup Rewards
Everyone who signs up for the Galaxy Cup in Fortnite and plays five games will earn the Galaxy Wrap. Only the top-performing players over each day will earn the Fortnite Galaxy Scout Outfit (see image above). The number of daily Galaxy Scout Outfit winners is as follows (H/T: Epic Games):
- Asia: Top 1,250
- Europe: Top 10,000
- Latin America: Top 2,500
- Middle East: Top 1,250
- NA-East: Top 7,500
- NA-West: Top 2,500
- Oceania: Top 1,250
There will be one three-hour Galaxy Cup session on July 25, and one on July 26. During these three hours, you can play up to ten matches. You’ll earn points based on where you place in these ten matches. A Victory Royale, for example, will earn you ten points, whereas a 16th-25th place finish will earn you three points. A match played and elimination is worth one point each. You can see the leaderboards after each session ends. Good luck.
