What is the Pokemon Go Mega Evolutions list?

The Pokemon Company revealed that Pokemon Go Mega Evolutions are on the way to the game sometime in 2020. But which Pokemon are included in the Pokemon Go Mega Evolutions list? Read on to find out what all Pokemon Go Mega Evolutions and which Mega Evolved Pokemon you might be able to find and catch while on your travels.

What is the Pokemon GO Mega Evolutions list?

There are 46 Pokemon species that can Mega Evolve in the Pokemon games, with 48 Mega Evolutions in total. The trouble is, we don’t know which ones can Mega Evolve in Pokemon Go.

As of writing, developer Niantic hasn’t confirmed which Mega Evolution-compatible Pokemon will be available Pokemon Go. All we currently know is that Mega Evolution is on the way sometime in 2020. We don’t know which Pokemon can Mega Evolve or how it works. Thanks to this official Pokemon Go tweet, however, we do know that you should be able to meet “Mega-Evolved Pokemon in the real world.”
