The Project Warlock Blood Easter egg might also be a little obscure. However, it is tied to the I’m dead… again? trophy or achievement (that asks you to “find that guy who lived again”) so some people are going to stumble upon and wonder what it means. Project Warlock Blood Easter Egg | How to get the I’m dead… again? trophy
The I’m dead… again? trophy is in E1M5, which is the fifth mission in the first world. You can pause the game to what world and level you are on.

This is one of the easiest ones since the reference is literally right in front of your spawn in this level. Once you load into the level, walk forward. There will be a slightly off-color wall right in front of you. Just interact with it and it will open and you see what you see in the above image. And that’s all you have to do. If you have gotten turned around, you can check the very faint map in the top left of the picture.
Blood was a first-person shooter that came out in 1997 from Monolith Software. It stars an undead hero named Caleb, which fits the description of the trophy. It was a little more horror and occult themed when compared to its contemporaries. A sequel came out the following year and a remaster of the first game also came out in May 2019.
Of course, there are other references that are tied to trophies, too, like Duke Nukem, Serious Sam, Shadow Warrior, and Doom. You can click each of the links for those guides to find those hidden heroes and get their associated trophies or achievements.
