Fans of Crypto-137 and his evil alien ways finally had their calls for a remaster answered when THQ Nordic revealed Destroy All Humans Remake for PC, PS4, and Xbox One. Where does that leave Nintendo Switch owners, though? Is there a Destroy All Humans Remake Nintendo Switch release date on the way?
In this guide, we’ll let you know whether or not Destroy All Humans! will find a new home on Nintendo’s hybrid handheld.
Is there a Destroy All Humans Remake Nintendo Switch version?
Unfortunately, the teams at THQ Nordic and Black Forest Games don’t currently have any plans to release DAH! Remake on Nintendo Switch. As you’d expect, that means there isn’t any Destroy All Humans Remake Nintendo Switch release date to speak of.

In an official FAQ posted to the Destroy All Humans! Remake Reddit, the game’s developers stated the following regarding a potential Nintendo Switch release:
“At the time of writing, we don’t have any plans to release Destroy All Humans! [on] Nintendo Switch.”
It’s undoubtedly not the news you wanted to read, though there could still be hope. Rather than outright shooting the question down, by noting that there are no plans “at the time of writing” the possibility is left somewhat on the table.
Whether we see a Switch version could come down to how well Destroy All Humans Remake performs on other platforms. Since the original DAH! ran on PS2 and Xbox hardware, surely the all-new remake could’ve been turned to Switch even if concessions had to be made when compared with the other current-gen console and PC versions.
Fingers crossed that we do eventually get a Destroy All Humans! Remake Nintendo Switch release date, as wreaking havoc as Crypto could be great fun on the go.
