Is there a Trials of Mana New Game Plus?
Yes. There is a Trials of Mana New Game Plus mode. Once you complete the game, you will unlock Class 4, a new postgame extra story episode that wasn’t in the original game with bonus Tier 4 classes to unlock. After you complete the extra Class 4 episode, you will unlock New Game Plus. Read on to discover what the New Game Plus mode carries over from your original save file.

What does Trials of Mana New Game Plus carry over?
The following things carry over into your Trials of Mana New Game Plus playthrough (as per this GameFaqs thread):
- All items and money except for:
- Key items
- 4th Class items
- Chain abilities
- New Chain abilities, too, including:
- Charlotte: 50 magic defense increase
- Fellow Bond (Hawkeye): Base luck increased by 50
- Instinct Bond (Kevin): Base attack increased by 50
- Love of Mana (Faerie): EXP increased by 300% for all allies
- Passion Bond (Angela): Base magic attack increased by 50
- Reisz: 200 HP increase
- New Chain abilities, too, including:
- Current level and training points for all characters
- Gear
- Li’l Cactus Discoveries
When you start New Game Plus, however, each character will reverse to its starting class. Any Training Points you used before will be refunded. It also appears (according to the GameFaqs thread) that enemies do not get stronger in the Trials of Mana New Game Plus. Instead, it’s a chance to see each character performing at their maximum levels or a chance to play through the game again with a team of characters you didn’t pick the first time around. it’s at least a chance to play through the game again and experience it in a different way with the different characters, discovering new things along the way.
