Another season of Call of Duty is upon us. It’s got some new skins, weapons, maps, modes, and more. However, that obviously means that the last season is done. Ghost was the star of that season and now that that round is over, some players may be wondering how to unlock the masked badass. So how do you get Ghost in Modern Warfare?
How to get Ghost in Modern Warfare
Modern Warfare‘s second season has ended, which means you can no longer get the specific Ghost skin from that season. Unless Infinity Ward brings it back somehow, you’re out of luck. Even though it it still quite early, the studio hasn’t brought back the Operator from the first season either at this time.

However, you can sort of get Ghost another way, albeit not the same Ghost. By buying Modern Warfare 2 Remastered, you get the Underwater Demo Team Classic Ghost Bundle, which includes one of the Ghost models from the campaign. You can use this character in regular Modern Warfare multiplayer as well as Warzone. It is worth noting that you do not get this Ghost skin if you redeemed Modern Warfare 2 Remastered PlayStation Plus. He is still Ghost, but a different skin and not the 2019 version of the character (as you can see in the above and below pictures).
If Infinity Ward releases another skin for Ghost, players should be able to get Ghost that way, too. But again, that’s just up to chance since the team might not give him another costume.
To equip this Ghost skin, go to Operators in the multiplayer menu and then pick Coalition Ghost. He should be the first one under SAS.
Since Modern Warfare 2 Remastered is currently only on PS4 (PC and Xbox One are coming on April 30), this means that only PS4 owners can get this version of Ghost for now. All other platforms will have to wait (and pay around $20 since that is how much MW2 Remastered is).
