If you’re hoping for detailed Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order patch notes, you’re unfortunately out of luck. The latest update addresses just one bug that stops players from earning one specific trophy or achievement. And, to make matters even more perplexing, the patch itself is quite the hefty download: 156MB on PS4, 366MB on Xbox One, and a whopping 510MB on PC.

The patch notes for Jedi Fallen Order update 1.08 only mention this one specific fix. By and large, most users seem to have heard about it from the Twitter account of EA Community Manager Andrew Johnson:

So, which trophy or achievement bug does the update 1.08 patch fix? Your guess is as good as ours. Loads of players across the internet have reported glitched achievements, specifically with regard to the Collector achievement. However, the EA support team stated just last week that a patch was being deployed to address a problem with the Legendary Beasts achievement. Maybe it fixes Legendary Beasts, maybe it fixes Collector, but it apparently won’t fix both.

If you’re a fan of reading patch notes, the latest Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order update will be disappointing. But, with that said, it’s always nice to learn that developers are continually improving a game after release. With any luck, players hoping to collect all the achievements or earn that rare platinum trophy won’t encounter any more roadblocks after update 1.08.
