As leaked by FNBRBananik, there are 12 Fortnite Remedy vs Toxin challenges to complete. One of the 12 challenges, however, tasks you with completing nine Remedy vs Toxin challenges. Doing so will unlock you the Remedy vs Toxin skin, which looks like a purple re-skin of the Remedy outfit. Completing most of the challenges should unlock you 52,000 XP, which will go some way toward maxing out your Battle Pass.

Reach Battle Pass Tier 40
You’ll complete this challenge as soon as you reach Battle Pass Tier 40. It doesn’t appear as though there is a reward for this one. You might need to complete it to unlock the rest of the challenges, however.
Visit Different Food Trucks
Visit three different food trucks to complete this challenge. This can be done across different matches, it seems. Head to the areas highlighted in the map above to find the food truck locations.
From this challenge on, your reward is 52,000 XP.
Earn Silver Survivor Medals
To complete this challenge, you’ll need to earn three Silver Survivor Medals. You’ll need to reach the top 25 in three different matches to earn those three Silver Survivor Medals.
SMG Eliminations
Get three SMG eliminations to complete this challenge. That’s all there is to it.
Search Chests at Landmarks
You’ll need to search seven chests at Landmarks to complete this challenge. Landmarks are scattered all over the map. Head over to your favorite Landmarks and begin your search and you should find and open seven chests in no time.
Reach 100 of both Health and Shield in Different Matches
To complete this challenge, you’ll need to raise both your Shield and Health levels to 100 in three different matches. You should complete this one easily enough.
Deal Damage with a Common, Uncommon, and Rare Weapon in a Single Match
This one will prove tricky since you’ll need to pick up a weapon of Common, Uncommon, and Rare rarity level and do damage with all three in a single match. Keep trying until you succeed with this challenge.
Deal Damage to Enemy Structures
Enemy Structures are annoying at the best of times, but this challenge will help you to seek some revenge on them. To complete it, you’ll need to deal a total of 2,500 damage to enemy Structures in as many matches as it takes.
Visit Different Bus Stops in a Single Match
Visit three different Bus Stops in a single match to complete this challenge. Head to the highlighted areas of the map above to find the Bus Stops locations.
Achieve Weapon Specialist Accolades by Dealing Damage with Weapons
You’ll need to earn yourself five Weapon Specialist Accolades to complete this challenge. To earn a Weapon Specialist Accolade, all you need to do is deal a total of 250 damage with a Weapon in a single match. Completing this challenge will require you to deal 250 damage with five weapons, either in the same match (if you’re that good at the game), or across as many matches as it takes.
Be First to Catch a Fish, First to Land From the Battlebus, or First to get an Elimination
This challenge is pretty self-explanatory. It will be difficult, however. We’d recommend that you simply dive out of the Battlebus and try to land as quickly as possible. That’ll be your best bet at completing this challenge quickly. Just act fast in every match you play and you should complete it eventually.
