The Outer Worlds 1.03 Update Patch Notes (1.2)

Let’s get the bad news about The Outer Worlds 1.03 Update Patch Notes out of the way: no, there really isn’t any brand-new content for players to enjoy. If you’ve played through the game and were hoping to see a new quest or something like that in The Outer Worlds 1.03 Update Patch Notes, you’re out of luck. There are, however, several neat improvements and fixes.

ALSO: Anthem price reduced to bargain bin levels

A portion of the “Top Community Requests” featured in the The Outer Worlds 1.03 Update Patch Notes focus on customizing visuals, with options for head bobbing, field of view, and chromatic aberration added to the game. A controller aiming sensitivity setting has also been added to all platforms so players can get things set up just right.

An annoying issue surrounding player death has also been fixed in The Outer Worlds 1.03 Update Patch Notes. No longer will multiple characters talk over one another when you kick the bucket. Additionally, NPCs won’t have dialog after they’ve died, either.

The U.I. has received some upgrades as well. The “large text mode” setting now applies to all examinables. Vendor UI will now indicate carry weight and your encumbrance limit, making shopping a heck of a lot easier.  Inventory management also gets a buff in The Outer Worlds 1.03 Update Patch Notes with a new option to sort items on both the companion and workbench screens.

Of course, these are just a few of the cool things that were added in this patch; read on for the full The Outer Worlds 1.03 Update Patch Notes!
